CW and Beginer BOX !

CW and Beginer BOX !

Hello , i have 2 problems :
1. I did wait for CW for 4 HOURS ! Nothing did appear . I didnt stay AFK even for 30 seconds . And in game says that CW appears in 3 Hours .
2. I did create a new char . I did lvl it up until lvl 60 and didnt get the beginer BOX that gives fashions an and vampire weapons .
If possible . I want to know exact respawn time of CW . Real Life time !
